Really good stuff here. High end food without high prices. Casual yet authentic atmosphere.
We had chicken tikka masala, mixed tandoori meats, and mango chicken. Fantastic! Also, the garlic naan bread was easily the best we have ever had. -

I think this was the first Juboraj in Cardiff and its certainly in lovely position right on the edge of Roath Park, and the atmosphere and decor doesn't disappoint. It doesn't look like poxy little place from the outside, I'd probably say it looks more like an old school house.
Anyway my boyfriend took me here and it defiantly put him back in his good books. The menu is quite extensive and a bit different. I was even tempted away from the masala and went for a duck dish which really impressed me. And his spicy choice certainly was hot!
It wasn't cheap, but it wasn't ridiculous either. I think its defiantly a good place to go for a treat. The chain also a separate take-away branch that delivers food a in a nice box and is well presented so a good idea for a dinner party at home! -

This is a lovely looking olde barn of a restaurant situated right next to Roath Park Lake.
The last 3 times I've been here I can safely say I've had a good meal, a good time and was treated very well by the staff.
I once went here on a New Years Eve and ate so much food that I nearly exploded when I downed a pint of lager straight after. I was feeling that bloated I had to go to bed before the clock struck 12. Never mind at least the meal was nice. -

Probably the best Indian restaurant in Cardiff. My favourite dish is lamb Rogan Josh, very tasty

This is a gorgeous looking restaurant and when I first went here I thought to myself, "I hope its as nice inside as outside". I've got say I wasn't disappointed.
The service was very attentative, the decor warm and welcoming and the food was scrumilicious!
The only downfall was that we were there on a Saturday night and there was a couple of loud drunk people there but hey its an Indian restaurant - if you find an Indian restaurant in this country on Saturday night without the odd drunk then it probably closed.
So on the whole I'd give it a definite thumbs up.
